Winter 2007

Following flooding along parts of the coast a pomarine skua took up temporary residence at Salthouse.

 

The snow buntings returned to Salthouse again this winter and thankfully were joined by a number of Lapland buntings.

 

The year ended in style with an extremely showy desert wheater - a real star bird.
