July 2006
Sorry for the lack of a diary for last month, but the arrival of another daughter left me with not much time to get out birding!
One of the birding highlights of the last month has been the bearded tits at Titchwell, firstly a close encounter with an adult male and then seeing
loads of juveniles in the last week.

An early morning trip to Cley provided me with cracking views of a group of six spoonbills, and numerous waders and ducks.
As July went on there were more and more young birds about, and lots of migrants coming through.
